Insurance Arbitration

Due to the special features of dispute resolution in the field of insurance, reinsurance and insurance mediation, the lack of uniformity in the interpretation by Russian state courts of the substantive law applicable to insurance and reinsurance contracts, the Arbitration Association established a working group to prepare the Rules of insurance arbitration.
