II International Legal Forum “Tashkent Law Spring” will be held in Tashkent on April 23–25, 2020.
The Forum is organized for the second time by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the assistance of a number of partner organizations.
The 1st International Law Forum “Tashkent Law Spring” was held in April 2019. This event brought together over 1,200 lawyers from different areas of law, including 250 foreign participants from more than 40 countries of the world. During the Forum sessions, 134 experts participated with presentations, 100 of them were foreign specialists. Furthermore, 12 memorandums and agreements were signed between various leading organizations. Last but not least, sessions of the Forum and other side events were covered by more than 100 national and foreign media representatives.
This year the main topic of the II International Legal Forum is the “Vision of Law in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Law 4.0.” that is based on the importance of legal regulation of relations related to the rapid development of information technologies, Internet and artificial intelligence which directly affect the spheres of law.
The Forum will have sessions on Mediation, Arbitration, Advocacy, Corporate Governance, Securities, Intellectual Property, Legal Tech, Public-Private Partnerships, Combating Corruption and Compliance, Antimonopoly Issues, Legal Education and Science, and other topics in the context of large-scale digitalization.
The language of the Forum is Uzbek, Russian and English with simultaneous translation services.

II Международный юридический форум «Tashkent Law Spring» состоится 23-25 апреля 2020 года в г. Ташкент, Узбекистан.
Данный форум организуется во второй раз со стороны Министерства юстиции Республики Узбекистан при поддержке ряда партнерских организаций.
I Международный юридический форум «Tashkent Law Spring», прошедший
в апреле 2019 года, объединил свыше 1 200 участников, включая 250 иностранных экспертов из более чем 40 стран мира. На сессиях Форума 134 эксперта выступили с презентациями, из них более 100 были иностранными экспертами. Также в рамках Форума были заключены 12 меморандумов и соглашений между различными организациями. Основные и дополнительные мероприятия Форума были освящены более 100 представителями местных и зарубежных средств массовой информации.
В это году основная тема II Международного юридического форума – «Право 4.0. Видение права в условиях четвертой промышленной революции». Это основано на важности правового регулирования отношений, связанных с быстрым развитием информационных технологий, Интернета и искусственного интеллекта, которые непосредственно влияют на сферы права.
На Форуме будут проходить обсуждения по темам медиация, арбитраж, адвокатура, корпоративное управление, ценные бумаги, интеллектуальная собственность, юридические технологии, государственно-частное партнерство, борьба с коррупцией, антимонопольные вопросы, правовое образование и наука и другим темам в контексте масштабной цифровизации.
