Under the terms of reference laid down by the Commission at its fiftieth session, the Working Group is expected to continue its consideration on the preparation of instruments on enforcement of international settlement agreements resulting from conciliation (see the report of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law on the work of its fiftieth session, under preparation). The provisional agenda for the session with annotations (A/CN.9/WG.II/WP.201) are available at
