Swiss arbitration academy announces registration opening for the of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Arbitration 2016/17.

The CAS in Arbitration, a joint post graduate degree of the University of Lucerne and the University of Neuchâtel in cooperation with the Swiss Arbitration Academy. The program consists of four modules, written exam and submission of a research paper.

The application deadline for the early-bird tuition rate is on January 31, 2016.

Each year, the Swiss Arbitration Academy offers one full-tuition scholarship for the CAS in Arbitration. Eligibility and application information is available on our website.

The dates and venues of the modules are:
Module 1: Fundamentals of International Arbitration, Neuchâtel, April 21-25, 2016

Module 2: How to Commence Arbitration Proceedings, Geneva, June 23-27, 2016

Module 3: Taking of the Evidence Hearings, Discovery, Interim Measures, Zurich, October 27-31, 2016

Module 4: From the Hearing to the Challenge and Enforcement of the Award,    Zurich, January 19-23, 2017
