The Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot
The competition is a «sister» competition of the traditional Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna. Annually, around 100 teams participate in Vis East in Hong Kong. Both east and west moots have the same goal which is promotion of international commercial arbitration in different jurisdictions. The Problems is the same for both moots. Participants have to prepare two memoranda for a claimant and a respondent.
Registration is open since September 25, 2015.
Oral and final rounds, as well as winner announcement will take place at XIII the Willem C. Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot from March 6th till March 13th 2016 in Hong Kong.
