The Cooperating Institutions shall cooperate in the advancement of arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution as a means of settling disputes arising out of international commercial transactions.
The Cooperating Institutions shall exchange information and publications on commercial arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, either electronically or in hard copy, whichever is appropriate.
The Cooperating Institutions shall, whenever possible, facilitate lectures of mutual interest in the field of commercial arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
The Cooperating Institutions shall, upon request, recommend to each other suitable individuals to serve as arbitrator or mediator on a particular case or on their respective panels of arbitrators or mediators.
Wherever possible, the Cooperating Institutions shall provide technical assistance regarding conference room facilities, hotels, and translation, teleconference and transcription services.
