CIS arbitration users' preferences: rules, law, seat

Legal Insight magazine published a Survey of the CIS legal services market in International Arbitration prepared in association with the Russian Arbitration Association and CIS Arbitration Forum.

Approximately 250 arbitration users from companies and law firms across the CIS submitted their answers as to the preferred arbitration rules, applicable law and the seat of arbitration and other issues. The results of the rules, law and seat preferences are summarized in the table below.
