The Russian Association for the Promotion of Arbitration (“RAA”) and the Japan Association of Arbitrators (“JAA”), which executed a friendship agreement in 2014, are pleased to announce that they will hold a joint seminar that will discuss current issues facing dispute resolution in Russia including commercial arbitration involving Russia and Japan, with cooperation from the bar associations of both countries.
