The Russian Arbitration Assoiciation is pleased to invite you to the first ever ICDR Y&I seminar in Saint Petersburg, Russia that will be held on occasion of St. Petersburg International Legal Forum. The seminar will be held in the offices of Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners
The event "International Arbitration in Russia: Openneness and Choices" ("Международный арбитраж в России: открытость и возможности выбора") will feature discussion on the problem of diversity in international arbitration and in particular in Russia. Is the practice of international arbitration in Russia is equally open to representatives of different genders, ages and nationalities? Do Russian parties have equal access to international arbitration? Is there sufficient and quality choice of arbitrators, arbitration institutions and venues to conduct international arbitrations?
The participants of the discussion – Tatyana Gavrilyuk (Management Company 2GIS, Novosibirsk, Russia), Anna Kozmenko (Schellenberg Wittmer, Zurich, Switzerland), Ilya Nikiforov (Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners, Saint Petersburg, Russia), Igor Perevoshchikov (Gazprom Neft, Saint Petersburg, Russia) and Andrey Zelenin (Lidings, Moscow, Russia) – will address these and other questions and share their practical experience and considerations.
The event will take place on Tuesday, 17 May 2016 at the offices of Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners (24 Nevsky Pr.). Registration will open at 17:30, with the program running from 18:00 – 19:30, followed by a networking reception.
