ICC Russia holds an annual conference on Incoterms
Dear Colleagues!
We are pleased to announce that ICC Russia will hold the annual Incoterms conference “International Contract and Logistics: Incoterms® 2020 in Action” on February 20, 2025 in Moscow.
The conference will discuss among other things:
- Incoterms and International Contracting. Review of 5-year experience of application: court and arbitration practice.
- New forms of transportation documents, results of the VI UNCITRAL working group activities.
- Impact of foreign sanctions and trade restrictions on the organization of supplies of goods to Russia. Are all means good and what is new in customs and currency control?
- Key issues on the inclusion of agency fees in the customs value. Theory and practice.
- A new challenge for business - dividends.
- Cargo insurance: current problems and ways to overcome them.
- Alternative routes to China and India via Central Asia.
- International contract, force majeure and sanctions restrictions: challenges and solutions.
