February 11, 2016 Legal Roundtable organized by the Joint Chamber of Commerce Switzerland-CIS in partnership with the Russian Arbitration Association and Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd.

The roundtable will take place on 11 February 2015, from 16:00 to 19:30 at Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd. (Zurich, Loewenstrasse 19, 5th floor)

 
The roundtable includes discussion on a number of current topics that will be of a great interest to those doing business with Russian parties. In particular, the panelists are going to share their practical perspective on the following topics. 

·        Choice of dispute resolution clauses for contracts with Russian companies

·        Availability of interim measures in Russia

·        Issues arising from enforcement of foreign awards in Russia and lessons to be learned
