The 6th Moscow Pre-moot will take place at the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University on 14-15 March 2015.
Moscow Pre-moot represents training sessions to the world’s leading moot competition on private law and arbitration – Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot held annually in Vienna. It consists of a series of simulated arbitration proceedings arising from the dispute between the parties to the international sale of goods. This year the moot proceedings are governed by the ICC Rules.
The law schools worldwide are very welcome to practice the arguments in Moscow in front of distinguished arbitrators before the main event in Vienna. The registration is open at www.vismoot.ru for teams until 1 March 2015, for arbitrators – until 5 March 2015.

Moscow Pre-moot will be preceded by the Discussion “Emergency Proceedings in International Arbitration” – a forum organized specifically for Vis participants to discuss controversies of the 22nd Problem with the experts. The Discussion will take place at Moscow office of White & Case on 13 March 2015.
