Tigran Ter-Martirosyan has eleven years of experience in financial consulting, specialising in business and share valuations, with a focus on expert valuations for international arbitration and litigation.

He has performed valuations of businesses in the Asia-Pacific (APAC), Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and North and South America regions. 

Mr. Ter-Martirosyan has been appointed as an expert witness in a Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) arbitration, a Western Australian litigation, and as a consulting expert in a Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration. 

He has also been involved in arbitration proceedings under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Swiss Chambers Arbitration Institution (SCAI), and UNCITRAL rules and litigation in the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and Isle of Man. His experience also includes valuations for the purposes of mediation, expert determination, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, restructuring, fairness opinions, management incentive schemes, and tax. 

Mr. Ter-Martirosyan has performed valuations and damages assessments in sectors including financial services, telecommunications, metals and mining, oil and gas, semiconductors, manufacturing, agriculture, private equity, chemicals, consumer markets, healthcare, professional services, retail, aviation and leisure and hospitality.
