Jun Wang, a China-born Australian national, is the founder and director of Hong Kong-based boutique arbitration and dispute management firm Capital Alliance ADR Advisory Services. Jun splits his time between Australia and Hong Kong and frequently travels to Singapore and other parts of the region to work with his clients. Jun also serves as a Senior Instructor at the Macau University of Science and Technology Faculty of Law on a part-time basis and was appointed as a Honorary Fellow at the University of Western Australia.

Jun is a Mandarin-English bilingual disputes specialist. He is one of the first China-born individuals admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He is the first ever PRC-born individual admitted as a Fellow of the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration(ACICA) and the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand. Prior to setting up his own firm, Jun has had extensive experience working with leading Chinese and US/UK-origin international law firms in their offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney. Jun has worked on English, Hong Kong, Macau, Chinese, Taiwanese, Singaporean, Australian, Indian, Thai, New York, Canadian, Cayman, BVI, Barbados, Swiss and EU law matters in the past twenty years.

Jun is experienced in handling international commercial arbitrations arising from a broad array of sectors under various rules as well as purely ad hoc arbitrations in many seats. He has been involved in the representation of multinational companies and high net worth individuals to conduct legal proceedings through court systems in Hong Kong, Macau, China, India, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, Canada and the European Union. He is also well versed in investor-state dispute resolution and WTO law. Jun passed PRC Bar exam in 2000 and is admitted to practise law in England and Wales, Australia (New South Wales) and New Zealand. Jun is the producer of Chinese version of ACICA Arbitration Rules.
