Dr Anna Kozmenko is a Partner in Schellenberg Wittmer's Dispute Resolution Group based in Zurich.

Having practiced arbitration for over 10 years in four jurisdictions, she has extensive experience representing states, state entities and private parties in complex litigations, investment and commercial arbitrations.

Anna’s experience as counsel and arbitrator includes numerous arbitrations, both ad hoc and institutional (under the ICC, LCIA, SCC, VIAC, DIS, SIAC, AAA/ICDR, UNCITRAL, CAS/TAS, ICSID, ICSID Additional Facility and Swiss rules), at various seats and under a broad range of applicable laws.

She also advises clients on all arbitration-related matters, including enforcement and set-aside proceedings, and matters involving states, international investment and public international law.

Anna is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she teaches international arbitration and frequently acts as guest lecturer at various universities. She is an immediate past co-chair of ICDR Young & International.

She has been recognized as one of the leading international arbitration practitioners of her generation in international rankings and directories. In particular, she has been recognized in every edition of Who’s Who Legal: Future Leaders Arbitration since its inauguration and was listed several times in its "most highly regarded individuals" category. She has also been recognized as a "top international arbitration practitioner" by the Russian Arbitration Association's below 40 Chapter every year since the award was introduced.
