Anton is a lawyer, developer, analyst and strategist with a unique mix of legal, management and technology expertise and vision. Previously a Corporate/M&A expert, now Anton focuses on Legal Design, Legal Efficiency, Law Automation and Legal Software.
He is the author of book on machine-readable law (www.automated.law) and business smart contracts. Anton is also leading research on law automation with a team of lawyers, developers, AI experts and linguists.
Legal Tech Expert in Skolkovo. Lecturer on Legal Design in HSE and M Logos. Speaker at international conferences on legal tech.
He graduated from the Belarusian State University cum laude, trained in the UK and France. Worked as a corporate/M&A lawyer in international law firms (including Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner) for over 10 years and as a general counsel in a large holding company. In 2014 Anton founded Simplawyer, a Legal Tech Company.
