Sergey Usoskin is a Russian attorney (advocate) focusing his practice on international dispute settlement. He represented clients in significant arbitrations, advised them in connection with multibillion precedent-setting cross-border disputes before courts in Russia and abroad, and represented the Russian Federation in the International Court of Justice proceedings and in inter-state arbitration. Sergey sits as arbitrator and appears as expert witness on Russian law.

In international commercial arbitration Sergey’s experience includes representing clients in arbitrations governed by ICC, LCIA, SCC, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL and ICAC at the Russian CCI. Sergey acted in arbitrations arising out of M&A transactions, joint ventures, supply of sophisticated equipment, transfer of technology and assignment of IP rights transactions as well as mining operations.
