Alexei Dudko is a partner and head of the dispute resolution and investigations practice of Hogan Lovells in Russia & CIS. Alexei has built a strong portfolio of winning complex cases in both commercial and general courts in Russia and in international arbitrations. His experience includes advising and representing Russian and foreign companies in high-profile and complex disputes in all major Russian courts, including Supreme Commercial Court. He is a recognized authority on Russian and international fraud and asset tracing litigation, cross-border insolvency procedures.
