Maxim Kulkov is a Managing partner at KK&P Trial Lawyers who specialises in commercial, insolvency, shareholder, investment, and construction disputes, and disputes related to international trade, and conflict of laws and jurisdictional disputes.
For over 25 years Maxim has represented clients in international arbitration centres, such as the SCC, ICC, ICAC and LCIA, in Russian state courts of all levels (including the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court) and in foreign courts (England, USA, Jersey, BVI, Hong Kong, Cyprus and Switzerland).
He has extensive experience leading teams of international and local advisers in multi-jurisdictional disputes and acts as a legal expert in foreign proceedings and as an arbitrator and a mediator.
