Dispute Resolution in Russia - legislature, trends and implications for doing business

The aim of the conference is to provide all participants with the most recent updates on the changes to the Russian legislature, particularly, with regard to the law on arbitration. 

This year, the conference will focus on Russia's recently effected arbitration law and it's impact on international arbitration, including the arbitrability of corporate disputes involving Russian parties.
